We were commissioned to manufacture and install a full set of bespoke timber joinery for a stunning barn conversion in Wedmore, Somerset.
To ensure maximum durability, precise operation, and refined aesthetics across all openings, we utilized a combination of high-performance Accoya and hardwood Sapele timber. The project included custom double-glazed windows, traditional single doors, and high-performance exterior bi-folding doors.
Custom Dual-Colour Teknos Factory Finish
Every timber component was treated in our workshop to a high-performance, 3-coat Teknos semi-matt factory spray finish for complete weather protection and long-term durability:
• Exterior Finish: Finished in a soft, sophisticated green, custom colour-matched to Dulux Green Earth.
• Interior Finish: Finished in a bright, crisp Teknos Clean White to maximize interior light and complement the internal decor.
Precision Centor E3 Bi-Folds & Heritage Ironmongery
To connect the internal living spaces with the outdoors, we engineered high-performance bi-fold doors fitted with state-of-the-art hardware and authentic ironmongery:
• Centor E3 Bi-Folding System: Built using the industry-leading Centor E3 hardware system, offering effortless smooth-sliding operation, high structural integrity, and exceptional weather sealing.
• From The Anvil Ironmongery: Completed with authentic From The Anvil hardware throughout, adding high-end black iron craftsmanship to every window and door.
• High-Performance Double Glazing: All units were fitted with energy-efficient double glazing to ensure modern thermal performance throughout the seasons.
