Carried out across three distinct phases, this extensive property upgrade features:

Product Range: Timber windows, French doors, bi-folding doors, and a bespoke front door—all fully double-glazed.

Materials: Built using a durable combination of high-grade Accoya and premium hardwood.

French Doors: Secured with advanced multi-point Winkhaus locks and finished with classic black door handles from From the Anvil.

Flush Casement Windows: Traditional-style flush casements hung on traditional butt hinges, complete with authentic fasteners and stays.

Bi-Folding Doors: Engineered using the smooth, reliable Centor E3 system, paired with a Winkhaus lock and matching black From the Anvil handles on the access door.

Front Door: A striking statement entrance featuring a secure Winkhaus heritage lock and coordinated black From the Anvil ironmongery.

Finishes: The front door was finished in a stunning dual-colour scheme, featuring a custom Farrow & Ball colour externally.
