For the full restoration of Wheatland Barn in Tiverton, Devon, Redwood Joinery manufactured and installed a comprehensive suite of external joinery and interior features for a complete shell conversion.
Crafted from hardwood Sapele, the project featured custom flush casement windows, boarded doors, bi-fold doors, and arched double door sets tailored to fit the existing stone openings and curved brick arches. All units were double glazed with Planitherm coated glass, fitted with esqag handles and secured by Degusa multi-point locking systems, and spray finished in our workshop in an on-trend light grey RAL colour. Internally, we also manufactured a bespoke European oak staircase, hand finished on site with Osmo oil.
